Minnesota smashed an unfortunate record in COVID-19 deaths Friday.
State officials reported 101 new COVID-19 deaths, bringing the state's total closer to 3500.
In Wisconsin, 17 more people died, bringing that state's total to 3,257. There were 1300 new cases.
