The second of two men charged in Sunday's fatal shooting at a St. Paul bar made his first appearance in court Wednesday.

Terry Brown, 33, is charged with one count of second-degree murder in connection with the death of 27-year-old Marquisha Wiley. He's also charged with 11 counts of attempted second-degree murder in connection with the incident.

Brown's bond has been set at $10 million. His next court date is scheduled for Nov. 10. A no-contact order has also been issued between Brown and the 11 surviving victims.

Brown and another suspect — 29-year-old Devondre Phillips — were shot during the altercation at about 12:15 a.m. Sunday at the Seventh Street Truck Park bar.

Both are in the hospital.

Phillips faced a judge Tuesday, appearing via Zoom from Regions Hospital.

Phillips has been charged with 12 counts of attempted second-degree murder.

Both men are being held on a $10 million bond and will be booked into Ramsey County Jail upon their release from the hospital.
